Kudos for making an effort at proper customizing, rather than just changing the wallpaper - I like those start menu icons and button, and the wall matches perfectly.

Is that XP or Vista you got there? what theme is it? is very nice.
thought it was luna royale, but the icon in bottom left is different.

The theme is from deviant art, can't remember the name off the top of my head but I will give you a link when I get home from work.
 
Love the desktop!
Just installed 7 last night but had no time to mess around with it. Where should i be looking to change shortcuts or are they groups? Im referring to the bottom of your desktop with the black icons for windows / firefox /music etc etc!
