It's RK launcher for the dock
Winamp skin is, clearONE
Rainlender is Lucid
Visual Style, Royal Four.

The dock icons i found from various sites, Deviantart and googled.
Wallpaper I made myself.

Well on my mac it's Adium. But I have the same setup on windows using a program called Miranda. It's a great little app and there's a whole bunch of plugins and skins for it so it's very customizable :)
 
Just spent the last few days hacking up configs in samurize and i'm quite pleased with the (pretty much) finished result. Looks a lot better imo than the original Element/Water Element.

The little step up between monitors is irritating but short of getting another Acer (which would be nice) there's nothing i can do...

I'm having fun playing with RK launcher now, but i can't get it to move over to the second monitor where i would like it to be.. I guess the "Enable Multi-monitor support' is a future feature?
