As it was loading on my slow works PC, I thought it was Crysis too

this is heartbreaking.
i absolutely love vista but i'm back on xp for now.dual screens just don't work on vista64 with my 4850 (random driver crashes). single screen works fine but i'm really finding dual screens are handy so i've made the ultimate sacrifice (i doubt it'll last long though

Can you not try a third party util (someone listed them earlier in this thread I believe) instead of the drivers? Might be worth a go - googling finds a load of software (some shareware some freeware)... worth a look into!
