Not personal menu, in strata buddy just enable the alternative buttons.

The only querry ive got is, you say you can middle click on the bookmark symbol and it quickly pops up your bookmark toolbar?

No you've misunderstood!

I middle click on a bookmark from the bookmarks menu and it opens the bookmark in a new tab keeping the menu open ready to open more bookmarks. IT's an option in Personal menus.
