I can do cross over up to about 100kg, but after that it digs into the shoulder too much, if you get the clean grip right it should really make life a lot easier. They aren't intimidating, I find them "safer" than back squats at times.
think it was 150kg before injuring myself. not pushed about 120 since
slowly getting back into it though, was nice to do 10 rep sets, last week i could manage 5 or 6 reps only, so my shoulder is being nice
Pulled my mates van again today.
This time we did it on a longer strech of road, just under 200 metres. Got a video of a little 'superset' we did, half length pulling the van and then unclip, run round the back and push the van rest of the way. Just need to get it off my mate in the gym this week.
More the merrier mate, we do it over on an industrial park that is dead at the weekends. You should come along sometime, good fun
