The main thing is getting out of the Championship. I think that is harder than staying in the Prem for a team the size of Leicester City. If they were quicker sacking Rodgers they would have never been in this situation.

We've got Enzo Maresca on a 3 year deal. Will be interested to see if he's a chip off the old block.

The Bournemouth board clearly see themselves as the next Brighton Albion and thinkgs Potter can do the same with them. But without the same backroom transfer scouts and agents in place, I am unsure it will have the same result.

Said it in the other thread but Iraola is a great appointment, would have loved him at Leeds when we first looking at him.

They also got taken over at Xmas so big changes would have always come.

Just chatting to my son who goes to Bournemouth games and he's quite pleased with iraola - seems to be a very highly rated manager by those that watch la Liga.

After they were singing his praises on the radio for not going there and being a mercenary. The again who am I to judge if he makes a ton of cash to manage at the correct level for his ability. They would rather do this than drop down a league and actually put the effort in. He can make a load of money and win the league there for 10 years on the trot, he would still be a **** manager, but a richer one.
