He has realised his level and that he is a rubbish manager. Unai absolutely schooled him with the same players and got Villa into Europe. If I was in his position I would do the same.

If Saudi come up to me offering me the same job I am doing now for quadruple the wage I would take it too.
 
Farke to be announced at Leeds today/tomorrow. Happy with that; plays decent stuff and has a great record in the Championship. There is no point critiquing any manager for Norwich in the PL as they aren't backed at all.

Now to hopefully ship the duds out and bring in some players, the clock is ticking!
 
I'm not surprised the DJ Puncher (would still love to know what music he requested) is off to Saudi Arabia, he's been humiliated on and off the field in the PL and taking a few million from the Saudis for doing pretty much a nothing-job would be stupid to turn down.
