The AMD Driver Thread

I'll ask our rep when we should get a driver for Arkham Knights... As it stands we no longer have a rep, nor are we likely to get a driver within a month of release....

This driver thread isn't what it was without Matt. It felt a little more personal with our own AMD rep and must have influenced many people's buying decisions on here.

Sadly our new rep, Joe has yet to make an appearance in this thread.

In This thread? Hes only made 1 post on the entire forum hasnt he?

Matt posts more.

Had a feeling Crossfire would be disabled for Batman, another LameWorks title.

Developers seem so out of touch these days. Don't release the game if it ain't bloody finished!!!

Been the way for ages now, its rare that we don't get a game that has a day 1 patch for it :( *ship it now, finish it later*

And seriously this is from a ps4 review. Do they take drugs?

The fall through the gameworld at one point just in the first act and and they praise it fro been so bug free?

TBF, to be running at 1080p and a locked 30fps 99% of the time on a PS4 is pretty impressive from a performance PoV considering the HW in the console and the visuals its pushing.

This appears to just be GW garbage again thats gonna kill performance on AMD cards.I hated GW when i had an AMD card,i actually hate it more now i have an nvidia card ironically.

I still dont get how its such a big deal to people, and focused on so much by game devs, only a rather small minority of gamers on PC have the power to even attempt to turn them on and have a decent experience.

Another AAA title that doesn't run properly on release.

Witcher 3 crossfire with AA still not working either

Will be ditching AMD as soon as finances allow.
Did AMD only get given this game 48 hours ago?

Not going to bother updating until a driver comes along giving actual improvements. 15.6 doesn't actually seem to do anything that 15.5 doesn't do. The Windows 10 drivers are the best performing for me as i'm on Win10. :p
