Can't see why it would be just one game, Freesync isn't game dependant is it?

It shouldn't be, but I've got at least one game (Survarium) that really doesn't get on with Freesync. Turn it on and fps drops, frame times go all over the place and it starts tearing really bad.

I have a question regarding ULPS

Is there a way to enable a overclock using MSI Afterburner without disabling ULPS

If ULPS is enabled it only enables the overclock on the main core, disabling it and overclocking applies fine to both cores, would be nice to have ULPS working on days as hot as today, the 295 is idling at 43 degrees its kinda warm!

any1 else running windows10 noticing their amd a bit too eager to go max clock?
is there any settings for this or is it more set by the browser?
i mean turning off hardware acceleration stops it happening
i just doubt it needs to go max clock to handle it, maybe its even a bug i duno

anyway just info digging wonder if any1 else has noticed it and any tips ^^;

haha i found what was causing it for me
thought i best update here as its super weird

so yeh it was plays.tv, dumb thing lol
only does it for me in chrome not edge

open up any other tab with it still open clocks go nuts :)
click back on it clocks go back to normal!
grrr

can have 10 twitch open set to source it doesnt ramp up, a single plays.tv open in the background playing nothing!! no then it goes nuts lol

Anyone with CSGO and Freesync can you see if you getting screen tear? Seems Windows 10 and CSGO Freesync isn't working correctly for me.

I got it enabled by using the AFR-Friendly profile in CrossFireX configuration.... its certainly on because it appears 100 times smoother... Win 10... ?!?!

Am not running crossfire mate.. I have reported it to amd and couple amd staff.. It seems to be an issue with Windows 10 and source engine games. Because am 100% sure I not had screen tear on csgo for example on Windows 8.1.

Tried updating to the newest driver today and its not gone well:( The screen turns off and does not come back, had to do a hard reset to reboot and now the driver is ******. I have tried to do a full AMD uninstall and then reinstall which does the same, tried going back to the older drivers but that also does the same? I cannot get the driver to install now:mad:

update:
Uninstalled the drivers with DDU in safe mode and installed just the driver in device manager, looks like its worked but have not tested any games yet.

Not sure if this is a drivers issue, an afterburner one or a Win 10 one...

Running 15.7.1 drivers on Win10 (Preview) with Afterburner 4.1.1 and my overclock wont apply.

I click the apply button in afterburner and look at the clocks in the hardware monitor and they haven't changed.

If I load up GPU-z it shows up the correct speeds on the 'main' tab, but on the sensors page it still runs at default clocks.

Anyone else getting this or know how to fix it?

My overclock works but it won't auto load I have to manually apply it..

Afterburner needs a new update they is quite a lot of bugs at the moment with Windows 10..

What I do is set up a overclock and save it into a profile and click on profile and then click on the tick and mine works fine.
