cnext.exe has high ram usage, looks like amd just took a step backwards,
cant wait for pascal so I can jump ship again.

Well I installed them on win 7 with no issues.

Must admit they are a vast improvement both speed and looks. Shame us *nixers didn't get treated

However last night and played a good few hours of BF4 with no problems, seem stable. Only tried BF4 so probably not the most extensive test ever.

You must remember, people who have issue tend to post. People that don't have issue say nothing. So it looks much worst than it really is.

Out of all the friends I know like actual friends none them have any problems.

they are slow to run and slow down boot time, having half a gig of graphics drivers is silly especially since they dropped support for older cards yet driver size increased considerably. its daft.

Not on my system. The half a GB version was a leaked compete package if you want just the GPU driver go to AMDs website and download its only 224 MB

When installing I had an option to tick or untick settings mate. Try the full download from AMD site.

I was talking about review sites, whom I would hope test them properly and thoroughly but out of all the reading, not one of them reported issues, whereas here, many reporting issues.

Well PCper fully tested the driver. Its a long good read.

Too everyone with problems are you running MSI AB, Trixx or anyother software that hooks into games?

I only had MSI AB and I removed it before installing driver. Only reason was for me to start using the new profiles etc I only had a issue with CSGO on FRTC but cant seem to make it happen again I reported it.

I think you tick what you want to install and it downloads it.

Try without it mate just for testing, fully remove AB and rivertuner and reinstall new driver.

I also noticed on AMD site down the left hand side they list the driver under each GPU brand are people downloading from the correct link? Just a thought

Running MSI afterburner with OSD via rivatuner
My 290 undervolted to -37mv with power limit to +50%
MSI 290 GE
W8.1 64 bit

Performance seems the same to me.

No issues so far *touch wood*
