I am though. I have a few fellow ED players who play this and do nothing but moan about it on TS. I always want my fellow gamers regardless of brand to have a problem free game. Been happening since August but no point worrying about it now if it is fixed and forwards and upwards as they say.

It is not a WHQL, it is not a beta, IT IS a hotfix.


EDIT: AMD, I may yell out loud I'm mad at the current situation of my broken drivers (while 15.6 was fine and below) but I still appreciate the progress you are making.

You do understand that your core will change up and down based on how demanding the game is pushing the GPU.

For example, 100fps your GPU might only need 500mhz to achieve this frame rate..

Has a test put csgo with unlimited fps_max 999 and see what your core clock is now.

I have tested it with every game installed and it does the same thing.

Killing floor 2
Lego Worlds
minecraft (I know this doesn't need much but tested anyway)
Diablo 3

my Radeon HD 5830 never dropped below 800mhz core speed (cards max default speed) and in firefights it did go as low as 120fps and lower which is fair enough, its a old card. was running the latest AMD Drivers for my gpu but not a crimson version.

my 390 core drops to 500mhz during firefights and because of this the fps drops to as low as 120\140fps

the 390 never goes over 800mhz even in the most demanding situations as even in these moments its sitting on 500mhz

when I use AB to stay at its default speed of 1010mhz the FPS stays around the 300 mark without any issues at all and no issues in firefights or demanding situations

ill try the fps_max and see if that does anything

Matt, is it intentional that the Crimson 15.12 interface doesn't recognize that there are newer drivers to update automatically? (or manually by pressing the button)
 
Crossfire isnt working on the witcher 3 now...since the option to enable crossfire in games with no profile has vanished and without that its not working.

Nevermind, it does seem to be working its just for some reason since i updated to this driver my FPS are awful in it.

o joy.. install new driver and now i cant get crimson to open additional settings because for some reason they still cant integrate the colorcorrection section within crimson drivers..

Can they for once sort this **** out already.. always something

After a reinstall (with driver cleaner again) the button now says try advanced setup which leads to a your software is up to date..gg
