Yea i tested everything on and off and with/without frame limiters after reading your previous post. The games i play run smooth enough as it is though thanks to FreeSync so i guess im not missing much. Just DayZ has some crazy stuttering sometimes but thats Early Access for yer.
Ah fair, if you are constantly in the freesync zone then it won't matter, its only when I hit the frame cap of the monitor before enhanced sync did it tear all the time, really didn't want to use Vsync but even then AMD Vsync wasn't great as it still had tears because for some reason most games kept going beyond 75, enhanced sync has effectively removed this for me when the FPS went above 75, what ever algorithm AMD use for this is great, I prefer this option over adaptive sync from Nvidia since that just switches on and off Vsync.
From what I understand with enhanced sync, it doesn't work like that, it just delivers frames differently if you are at the frame cap and tries to reduce stutter when you are like 50% or less FPS for whatever reason, saying that I always try to use ingame settings to prevent me from going below 60 FPS anyways, ultra settings are pointless these days as the devs just don't bother optimising for them.
