mmm! 14.3's constant lockups on my 7950 when folding, even without the overclocks. I've gone back to the 14.2's with my overclocks and look forward to the next betas

EDIT: looking above a) has been answered, its a no. Anyone have any idea on b)?
 
TBH these are the same as the previous beta's for my 7970's, no noticeable change which still is only running my 2nd GPU at around 60% usage with the 1st GPU on full bore, hope this changes with the next update.
 
Hi just wanted to check something, I use afterburner and when I install new drivers I uninstall the current ones, boot into same mode use DDU and uninstall afterburner then put new drivers and afterburner back on but was just wondering if I need to re-install afterburner each time. Thanks
 
Tbh I don't have any issues with DX, it runs fine, cards seem to run together with similar usage etc, BF4 runs good, no crashing and pretty smoothly, with mantle the game runs ok but AB is showing GPU2 at around 30% less usage than GPU1, wierd.
 
hmmm.......not sure about these drivers at least on my system. twice tried to install; first time it at my C drive lol........corrupted my system32 so system won't boot.

NP needed to install my ssd; was going to clone my drive but hey all good; tried installing them on new ssd install.......and then wouldn't reboot until I reverted back to earlier state lol......

I'm starting to think I might need to pass on these betas :D
 
Can any one explain the apparent problem with the power limit in the 14.x drivers? I have not noticed a problem and yesterday did a series of runs in both Heaven and Valley using stock and overclocked settings and saw small gains from the latest 14.2 and 14.3 drivers over the WHQL ones which supposedly do not contain the issue.
 
Had interesting graphical artefacts in World of Tanks today since updating to 14.3. Have random glitches when moving the camera around (white squares in a checkerboard pattern) occasionally, and if any overclock is applied, the game just ceases to run as soon as the countdown gets to 0

How have you got AfterBurner running with Mantle? I thought it would only run with DX? I can't get AB running to show display stats with Mantle as well?:confused::confused::confused:
 
getting fps drops in Rust on the new beta's, although there was a rust patch yesterday so could be something to do with that. I'll put the latest non beta's on and check those.

It's running ok with Mantle, no issues but generally I use the display on my G510 keyboard to keep an eye on stats but I did detatch the AB readout and place it on my 2nd monitor to check also.
