Its a brilliant little program and its quick to do. It recommends safe mode but as I'm about to jump to windows 8 Ive just done it in normal desktop and its made no difference
I've just installed the latest beta's and am getting a strange issue, intermittent flashes/screen tearing just on my desktop, it made my PC crash before and each monitor had a different colour.
Hmm, might roll back.
@Matt
I switched to Msi AB couple days ago since changing driver 13.11 beta2 to beta6 my Overclocks dont save on system start up.
Do you normally re-install AB after driver change?
No mate. Afterburner 4 life bro.
Found the problem
AB is applying OC but then CCC loads up and sets clocks back to default..
You should now change your forum name to Derpina.
Why I have disabled CCC and everything works find at start up. Load up CCC and overclock sets to default.
I dont even have Overdrive enabled so why is it even changing anything lol
I don't know, i just work here. Works fine for me.
Question do you have the program AB also startup with CCC on Boot? or do you just have AB apply the OC plus CCC load up?
Depends on my mood and games played. If i need gpu performance i start afterburner minimised and apply overclock at startup. If i don't need gpu power i run my 7950's @ pure breed 7950 clocks, 800 core 1250 memory at 1.000v with a silent fan profile with ULPS enabled. For this i have afterburner running but apply overclock at startup disabled.
Going to try complete AB uninstall allow it to delete the profile also.. AB and CCC are conflicting with each other who controls the OC lol
Find it strange how CCC is doing anything with OC with Overdrive disabled.
Ok I just disabled CCC all together.. I only used it for switching between display. I now found you can also do same thing in windows display setting.
Is your OC in AB set to a profile or did you just set clocks in AB, apply and tell it to apply OC on start up ?
