Can you provide a link to such official event since 3k series release?
I think the 4070 had an official $50 price cut but yeah Nvidia generally just replace cards with similar ones for a bit cheaper rather than officially cut prices.

Market share won’t grow for £700 9070XT with 8gb less vram than XTX (not great value even with a fancy upscaler) which could have been had in November for £670- quite few times actually….. kicking myself for not getting one then, here’s me thinking something great was coming from AMD in 2025.

Yeah its ai gen, wouldnt ever get it right and had to get it to try loads of times. This was the best of the bunch of attempts. :p
