Ok, good attempt AMD, however the 9700XT ranks as a similar speed to the 7900xtx........which is approx same as a 5070TI.

Ok, not amazing, it seems to be relying on the new software like Nvidia is trying to pull.

Would need to be £599 to be honest to make some good sales.

Not sure if to sell 6800xt or not, this is only approx 30% faster.
 
Weird price for the 9070, way too close to the XT. They did similar with the 7900xt last time so expect the 9070 to fall in price swiftly.

$599 = £570 inc vat. 5070Ti perf, lots of stock, this looks good.
 
Just think they've missed a massive opportunity with the 9070 at $500, feels like missing an open goal

Imagine how crap it would make the 5070 look

It would be if it translated to £599 over here across several models with availability.
it's should be as $2£ is 475 pound plus 20% for the VAT, + or - 50 quid for "distribution". Obviously that's for reference though so I imagine it's more than likely going to be 700 after UK "bs they are rich tax" people add on.
