Probably more cost efficient to keep the design the same for pro and gamer cards rather than having to alter the shroud for either line.

Just noticed this on pc per

For a professional card I'd be quite cheesed at that colour.

If Vega is like a nuclear reactor inside my PC, it has to match a 1080ti for me to even consider it. If not well then NVIDIA is going to wipe the floor with them

Since Apple are putting these in their AIO iMacs I doubt they'd be that bad.

I've read (seriously) that there's something special about that colour coating, which allows it to dissipate heat better.

It's a brand new blue pigment, and it can help reflect heat according to the creator.

Well isn't that bizarrely fascinating. Here was me thinking it was a lame colour.

I like the Blue used, the issue is how it clashes with my system haha.
Never mind the "gold" coloured liquid cooled version; although in my chassis with tinted side window it'll probably look similar in colour to the Noctua fans - a grey'ish colour.

I'm excited to see its performance numbers; especially after Raja stated the Radeon RX version will be faster.

True I suppose but today looks and style is as I'm sure most know is quite a deciding factor as well as the performance. Though I'm curious how the other manufacturers will tackle this?

I also wouldn't take the 1500mHz for granted. AMD would mad to release a 375w PCI single GPU

Why? They can release a 500watt version for all I care, If it has the oomph the power draw won't matter to most people.

Good find, that is pretty worrying and it now makes sense that these were benchmarked with gaming drivers.
These are Titan equivalent.

The price alone will scare off most potential buyers. £1100 & 1600 is a joke, The difference between the two is a joke as well.

:D:D:D Is it not just 1600mhz?

That's the air cooled version. 1800Mhz on Liquid version of bust!

SO to save skipping through the thread, whats vegas likely specs and cost ?

Take the Frontier Edition specs and just have 8GB of HBM2 instead of 16GB; and potential clock speed bump since Raja said the Radeon RX would be faster.
