Lol, it's funny reading the comments about no live stream = failure. Maybe AMD finally realised that they are marketing their products all wrong because all they ever get from "enthusiasts" is moaning.

Oh the irony.

says AMD will be doing their thing between 6:30pm and midnight tonight PDT,
which is 02:30am - 08:00am Uk time tomorrow,
tune it at 07:58am UK time to hear the RX Vega news! lol

AMD's problem is that their livestreams are boring because their presentations are boring. They need to have a bit of showmanship and make it more entertaining, give actual useful information instead of just a few people with no skills in public speaking flapping their mouths and saying nothing of any consequence.

They need someone in a leather jacket.

they also like to pronounce x as x, when x = times,
example: it has 2x the perfomance, they will say it has 2 "ex" when it sould be 2 "times"
grinds me the wrong way

Wrong. Watercooling will lower the power consumption at a given frequency.

Lol ok. That isn't quite how it works.

edit:

Just to elaborate. The resistance of the chip will be very marginally lower. However the idea that running a chip 40C cooler cuts power consumptiion to undo even a 10mhz clock difference never mind a 150mhz clock difference (not even including any voltage difference) is laughable.
