The anime thread sequel (it's still not as good as the Manga though),

I have heard a lot about solo leveling maybe I’ll give it a go.

Have you tried the usual jjk, chainsaw man?
 
I watched almost everything on Crunchyroll now except all the romantic stuff. Solo Levelling is the only one I enjoyed I don't mind watching it again from the beginning.
 
Solo Levelling strikes a very good balance of a protagonist that I can root for, with good reasons for his need to be a hunter, excellent animation and very good use of cliffhangers. The pacing at times seems too fast but may be it is just right because it is paced well enough for me to keep watching and looking forward to the next one. Also, I am not sure how many seasons this is going to be and if there is only 3 seasons overall then we would be half way through already?

It's certainly my favourite anime currently running and one that I look forward to every week for.
