It's not factual though. Literally the first statement I just fact checked is false. It says:

Probably true but have the proxy backing of other richer Islamic states and still use their anti-Israel propaganda. They are in essence self-oppressed as for decades Israel and it's allies have tried for peace but they are trying to appease a martyr ideology.
Where do they get these so-called crude rockets that mange to kill innocent people from? They seem to have the financial ability to kill people with rockets rather than work towards a peaceful resolution.
Equally:

I'd like to know why the US gives Palestine $200m in financial aid (according to recent article of Biden resuming aid) when they just spend it on rockets and attacking Israel? why not send them food and other supplies or encourage industry/manufacturing to develop instead? you know, stuff that actually helps the people and promotes peace rather than conflict.

Not if you can never win and you just cause more death and suffering as a result, more dignity in attempting a peaceful solution.
They could attempt other avenues that doesn't involve mass death, plenty of peace offerings have been on the table, both sides are as bad as each other.

So knowing that why give them money? less than a month after articles about Biden resuming financial aid and they're launching their rocket stockpiles at Israel. How is the aid money benefiting anyone? the only real outcome of it all seems to be corporate press criticising Israel.
You've got to admit though the left whinge something chronic about any criticism of Israel being called anti-semitic but it's a trick they've practically trademarked themselves to shut down debate on an industrial scale. Islamophia? Transphobia? Racism? they're basically being given a tiny bit of their own medicine and they don't like it.
