It may contribute, it almost certainly pushes some more towards radicalisation but to try and pin it on that would be very very wrong or to try and claim that is what starts the fire.
Radicalisation tends to start when people grow up within a certain system without knowledge of the wider world, especially when they are only taught selectively and/or perceptions manipulated, etc. this is true of many religions and cults not just Islam.

Latest events of last few minutes ain't gonna do Israel any favours and already the global perception of this current situation wasn't really on their side.
EDIT: They are distancing themselves a bit now that it is coming out that those killed were primarily children and potentially at least 8+ children at that.

That was pretty messed up - even official Israel accounts celebrating/mocking the outcome of the Al-Shati strike until the realisation got around it was mostly children - then some pretty quick back peddling and deleting posts :s even some of the staunchier supporters distancing themselves.

If you ever get shouted down for pointing out this kind of thing, remember, the Israeli propaganda machine is literally paying people to try and drown you out.
Even a lot of the Twitter trolls and usually pro-Israel OSINT types, etc. were deploring it which is quite unusual.
EDIT: According to latest reports they missed their target and took out 6 children and 2 women - for some reason this time it seems to have shocked a lot of people - far from the first time children have been killed in the last few days.
Some big strikes going down at the moment - not sure what the details are.

I believe they have an arms deal with Israel. Also China also hates Muslims and is busy exterminating their own ones

Because they're almost a completely homogenous society and don't consider the world outside of China at all unless it can make them money. Basically, they don't give a crap as they consider it none of their business.
