Doesn't drive me mental but he is quite annoying as he's is fairly over the top most days. That's what you want though, someone that will come to work with a smile on their face ready to get stuck in.
 
yerrr lucinda isnt that bad, she talks sense most of the time but the other people just ignore her.

I like how she was walking around saying "have you heard of a zola?" when stood next to an aston martin.

For me its the whole way she behaves and acts. OK she looks different but does she have to behave the way she does? I find her quite childish sometimes because she's been ignored. Not what I'd want from someone working for me.

yerr i dont like that if she doesnt get her own way she sulks and doesnt do anything.
 
Exactly! :) Grow up!

Could Sir Alan really employ someone like that? She might be pretty good to make the final five but if she strops around perhaps SAS will get rid of her.
 
How far from the end are we? Didn't Sir Alan fire 2 or 3 last time? Perhaps 2 so we have 3 left. Then another task to reduce that to 2 before the final?
