Lucinda is absolutely awful, no idea why she is still there.

I think Alex will perform by far the best in interviews, he's the most cool headed and normal guy there.
 
Alex sold 8 grands worth of car rental in one day. That's pretty damn good. People in the business wouldn't be scoffing at the amount.
 
Lucinda has done well as Project Manager twice IIRC, fair enough she struggled this week, but come on, it was supercars, not exactly her area. Even Sir Alan's aid said it's boys who like supercars.

Lucinda was shown up as being a nightmare last week when in actual fact she was absolutely spot on in what she said about the tissues, it's just that being brash got them the win for a truly terrible advert, everything Lucinda said in that episode was right.

I agree with all of the above. I think it was unfair she got sent off on her own on tonights episode. Both Alex and Lucinda should have stayed with the Zonda, she could have learned and contributed a lot more throughout the day if she'd been there to shadow Alex from the start. Lee is fairly good and is confident enough to sell on his own.
Completely unfair the way she was treated by Big Al in the boardroom, also.
 
god I hope alex doesn't win hes such a smarmy little so and so, lees got the stuff he might not be as good at sales as alex but hes a damn sight better at being a project manager.

Alex is typical of sales people in general, when they fail to see the real contribution made by other departments, because they are so far up their own backsides.....he may be given a sales role by SAS but if he wins it will be a travesty.......although I can now see him and Claire going head to head for the final.

She may have been right last week about the tissues but i for one really CANNOT stand her emotional little tantrums and the stomp my feet and try to get my own way attitude, makes me hate her.

Alex seem's like a right *aherm* as well.

I'm glad michael went, didnt like him either.

Claire i've not liked at all from the beginning but at least she's learning to keep her mouth shut now.
 
At last Michael has gone :).

That was filmed about 2 months ago if I remember rightly. I used to work in Paternoster square and I remember when they turned up with the Zonda, and I wondered why the two men (Alex & Lee) were so dressed up. Ecurie25 who normally have a few cars there never look that smart! I had a good look around the Zonda and took a few pics :).

I think Claire will go on to win against Alex or Lee in the final. I think she's the only one who could really make any money for Alan.

Last night was brilliant.

Alex & Lee are both really good i feel. I also feel, after all her critiscm, that Lucinda is a good contestant. Like mentioned before, this week wasn't her bag, and she was right to object to being sent out on her own.

I'm glad Michael has gone, Didn't like him one bit. Too cocky and arrogant, and not all he claimed to be. Clare is 10x the salesperson that he is, and Sir Alan knows that. Sir Alan gave him enough chances which he didn't take.
 
I can't believe all these people sticking up for lucinder. She is a good pm but that is it. If she gets asked to do anything slightly outside her comfort zone (basically everything) she has a major strop and starts crying. She's not even competent generally (selling an aston as a zonda). If they had lost this week she would have definitely gone.

Think helene has been marked by SA and at this stage you don't have much time to impress and change his mind so she'll go next week, maybe with lucinder. Claire and Alex should sail through the interviews and lee might make a bit of a fool of himself by getting tongue-tied but should stay. Still think Alex will win.

Fully agree. Boys shafted her good and proper. They choose a location together then decided to leave it to lucinda to choose her location and sell her car even though the two boys obviously knew more about the products.

It was a poor show by Lee who seems to have hated Lucinda for a long time. Bit of a bully that one.

Sticking up for her because she was being bullied, I agree that she isn't the best candidate but no need for that to be honest.
 
I think Claire is sailing ahead now. Lucinder starting to look worse, Alex and Lee are improving but may be too little too late.
