Gotta say it seemed very bizarre firing, one of the strangest ever.
Couldn't really pin anything on Glen who seemed to fight his corner reasonbly well, then he randomly goes "Engineers suck, you're fired" out of the blue without even having given a summary on Jim

Heck even Glen in the taxi didn't seem to know why he'd been fired. LS bangs on sometimes about "don't tell me what you've done in the past, I want to know what you've done on this task" and then makes a decision that had absolutely NO relevance to anything that happened this week. They may as well have not even bothered doing the show.
Anyway as for the general show, the study group they did with the elderly made me cringe, they were talking to them as if they were aliens or very young children, some kind of demented group. "Would you like crosswords to help your memory?!?" do me a favour, the guy has just told you he reads the Economist, he probably still knows what day of the week it is.
Personally I didn't think Hip Replacement was THAT bad a name, I mean the focus group was basically saying don't patronise us, coming up with names like "Zimmer", something a bit jokey.
I think the other team got quite lucky, their magazine actually came out looking decent in terms of the design and presentation (no doubt due to the DTP experts as much as them) even if some of the content was questionable.
