And Ricky looked like he was pooping his pants when Lord Sugar started on at him after firing the other two.

I'm a little sad Stephen went, was hoping to see him get torn to shreds in the interview stage.

Morons the lot of them. Normally I think they're doing something daft, but then I think what do I know? But tonight it was so blatently obvious, they're all fumbling over themselves trying to negotiate, and I'm thinking get to the damn point. Then Ricky eventually does switch to this tactic and low and behold it works (although that was mainly as he started to feel the time clocking down rather than a lightbulb moment). Then Lord Sugar says the exact same thing in the boardroom. It's not a typical negotiation, you're negotiating on someones behalf with the very clear directive of obtaining a huge discount, those cards should be laid out on the table immediately if you want to know who is and isn't worth having a detailed chat with.

Also, I'm sure Ricky's tour round that restaurant was a set up, 'we're sending a prat your way, can you see how much of his time you can waste today'.
 
Watching at the moment and already just unbelievable! Why don't they just get to the ****ing point?!
 
I looked on wiki - the last episode of series 7...

The four finalists each had to face a gruelling interview process on their own. Each candidate also had their business ideas tested, as their plans for their business with Lord Sugar were put to verification.

Still confused why Ricky was getting flak from Sugar for not going 3hrs out of his way to that hotel, why didn't Steven just send Gabrielle were they joined at the hip?

Slightly insubordinate, I guess, although I agree with Ricky's statement that if Stephen had such a boner for it he should have gone himself.

I've often wondered that in a few tasks but seems that there is only ever 2 sub-teams and never more than that.

Perhaps they only have 2 cars per team :p
 
I know it's been said above but it really did look as though it was going to be a triple firing there! Having said that, I think that SrAlLrdSug actually likes both Ricky Martin and Adam and I reckon that it'll be between them in the final.
