The Apprentice

I so wish Jo will get kicked out... although Syed is ever more irritating.. i agree that probably the two i like in there the most to win are Karen and Ansell. Although, i did like Nargis - she is hot after all :D

Thats exactly how he has done so well for himself. No nonsense etc

huh? Matt mentioned that he'd be *bad* to work for, and implied that Sugar was rude. You certianly don't have to be bad to work for and rude to do well for yourself.

Anyone know the location of the housemates house? I presume this is still being filmed or there'd surely be leaks - we could go and visit them :)

Its down the road from me, Gable Lodge on the Bishops Avenue ;)

Nargis was very annoying IRL too. She came to our entrepreneurial event on tuesday. She got a lot of boos at the end with the feedback from her product that she was getting us to sell.

I didn't watch the first series but I'm watching this one and thoroughly enjoying it. I just saw last weeks episode and Sugar mentioned exactly the same things that I was saying to Mrs. Feek about it being a poster. A calendar should be usable at a glance, one shouldn't have to go and stand 6 inches away from it to be able to see the days.

Anyway, it's funny that it's all being presented as being filmed right in the City - The shot of the fired person getting into a taxi and then the taxi going over the Thames. That building they leave, "Brentwood House" is in Brentwood, opposite from where I work and it's miles away from the City. Last year when I was working on a Sunday I watched them recording quite a bit outside that office block ;)

£6000 a week? I'd expect Alan Sugar to be my personal butler for that price.

Kind of ridiculous how Jo did so carp but managed to stay. I was hoping for Syed to do rubbish this week and get sacked though!

She really is.......just rubbish

I really don't like the chubby woman now though (the woman moaning the most in the other group) because she just seems too mouthy to me.

I think I've started to forgive Syed for his 'A Team' comment - he's doing well now.

I think he fired Karen because she's just not the right person for him and he knows she never will be. And I also think he's peeved she continued with the romancing, and didn't actually check the suit dude had the jacket in stock.

I think he justified keeping Jo because she can fight, even if she is a bleeding nutter. I think he sees something in her that he wants to see if he can nurture. But really, that's ridiculous to me because she was absolutely hopeless as team leader and as a person to work with. She was totally useless.

It's tricky because if you've got one person whose style you distinctly don't like and you've got another who's obviously a loony but could be useful (for example, we all hated Saira but she has a role with/near Sugar now) then what do you do?

Additionally, the show's editing was obviously done to show the team picking on Jo and to make Jo look bad. Methinks Sugar detected the team picking on Jo - giving her enough rope to hang herself and hoping she would, as the BBC3 extra show said.

I would've fired Jo. Before she got miles near me.

But that makes it harder for the show's editors to pick on a single person ;)

i liked the first series but havent bothered with the second, i guess theres some reality tv you only need to watch once....seeing him point the finger and bark 'YER FIRED' a few more times dunt appeal anymore heh
