The Apprentice

Well they had to loose didn't they because there was 4 on one team and 3 on the other :p Couldn't have 4v2 :)

I hate Syed with a passion but I think Sir Alan likes him.

He likes the fact that he's like a dog with a bone and never gives up.

Yes and he would be ideal if he cut the rubbish "I grew up in South London, I've had it hard" blah blah blah, if he changed his approach slighty and his attitude he would be one of the best.

Good riddance to Sharon. She was totally useless and seemed completely out of her depth the whole time. Sulk sulk sulk in that pathetic accent. Back to customer care for you!

And why do they always have to talk like David Brent?! With that stupid managerial sales talk. For instance Dunn was asked whether Sharon moaned a lot and came out with all this carp about how she 'responds badly in certain situations'. AMS even wanted a translation into English. Why do they feel they need to talk like that when defending themselves?

*G

I reckon Paul will win it.

Syed just does not know when to shut up ... if Paul had not told him to cut out I grew up in the East End blah blah blah

Any ways not to go off track slightly who did the Armstrongs manage to stay in business??

Has entertained me lol !!

I reckon the black guy will win it - I forget his name. He seems to be the only guy that doesn't do stuff to annoy people, and he does get sales. But maybe he's a bit too old...

I think the 3 strongest candidates are saeed, paul and ruth (in no particular order).

I think paul will win it as he is very confident in his approach, maybe a little too confident. But, he doesnt seem to make any glaring mistakes during his tasks. Saeed on the other hand - if u want sales, i would hire him over all. I just feel though that he might be difficult to handle as an employee and may end up getting himself fired at a later date, if he were hired.

Judging from the guy who won last year, alan sugar seems to want someone who is well rounded (and not just a salesman). I cant think anyone other than Paul will win.

Still, saeed for me is the only entertaining character on the show right now and im pretty sure that bbc and alan sugar are mindful of this.

Of those left, I think michelle is the weakest and if her team lose, she may well be the next one to go.

Most of those left are very sales orientated and only Tuan and Michelle seem less so. If SAS keeps up his current form Tuan may be next to go as he has been questioned too many times as to his ablity, just like Samuel was until he met his demise!!

Ruth should be the favourite as she seems to do a good job every week but Michelle may just be the Dark Horse here like last year's winner.....right age and can be groomed and tutored.......Ruth, Paul and Syed all seem to want to do it their way and no-one else's.

Either way I can't wait until next week.....going to get very intense with all those sales people!!

Unfortunately I think Sir allen likes Sayed even though he is a lieing arrogant ass. Overall I think this Apprentice has been a failure since they were all pretty much ******** from the beginning, didnt want anyone to win and now they are all just backstabing each other and producing traps for each other.

Sayed was saying the whole way through to Dun (the chinese dude) that he was awesome etc and doing good job supporting him, and then infront of sir allen he said something completely different.

But what Ive seen of sir allen (his lack of manners and total rudeness), I guess he can only attract ******** to that take part in that show.

The Whinger, THe Liar and the Planner

With a shinning comment like this, I don't think that SAS is likely to employ any of them.

Sharon going, about time. After that appaling display in the task in the fashion sales, where shecomplained all day 1 that no-one was including her in decision making, then the second day, when she was asked her opinion and given free reign over the displays but then she started to sulk. One of the most un-professional displays in the show.

Saeed, seems to be like Marmite, you love or hate him. True the bloke can sell things, and he always aims high, but in the pursuit of the sale he will promise the world. His team managed to secure 4 retailers, this was said in the meeting room. Paul had managed to secure 2 deals, Sharon was given one to secure, meaning that Saeed and Tuan managed just the one deal in the entire day. Admitedly it turned out to be a good sale, which if it was landed in the time restraints woould have made the day and they would have tromped home victorious.

Instead he got to the end of the day, arrived at the meeting late, then came up with some excuse that the entire london road system was mental due to an accident. Why not just tell the truth and just say he screwed up and was late by over reaching. I would much rather employ someone who would tell me they genuinly messed up rather than an excuse maker.

I can't remember who said it, but the term "Drive by sales" was mentioned last night. He will sell stuff but with a degree of collatoral damage to anyone close by. In the follow up show on BBC3, Sharon said that the next time your likely to see Saeed on TV again, would be in a feature on Watchdog.

I don't think SAS would ever give Saeed the job, just becouse he realises that although things will sell, the litigation risk is just to great. I also think he will grow tired of having to tell him to Shut-up! he had to do it twice in the meeting, and it was funny to watch the scorned little school boy be shocked when someone snapped at he.

Paul did well again, but he is starting to seem a little to quick to criticise at the moment, Sharon had made a deal, and the first thing he did was go and give a private little bit to the cameras, you could still hear sharon talking to the client in the background.

Ansil, securing deals on his own and also getting leads for other members of his team, good job, the iceberg scene in the pool afterwardds was funny as he slowly drifted past the camera shot. Ruth did well, but wasn't really much in the show, as they always seem to concentrate the camera on the team likely to loose.

Still top performers and most employable are Ruth, Paul and Ansil.

Hopefully next week we can see Saeed / Tuan / Michelle go, I like the others to much as they are, next weeks show is selling Houses / apartments, people skill sin sales again, another chance to see the charm offencive of Paul in action.
