The Apprentice

Now it's getting interesting.

I really don't know who the final two are likely to be.

Althought with Naomi now gone, THAT tape might just surface.....

I think Kristina will make the final 2 but can't decide who'll join her.

Lohit seems to lack a bit of bite, whilst Tre and Simon - although I like them both - both have their faults.

I really hope Katie doesn't go through and Sir Alan doesn't seem to like her anyway but I think either her or Tre will make the final as well.

God plese not Katie, did you hear her on the clips for next week when they interview them? Yes i earn 90k and have a BA gold card....

For all her faults, Katie is someone who will impress the interviewers, who wont have the luxury of getting to know the "real" katie. From the clips we saw, her answers are fluid and well rehearsed. She is very very polished and it wouldnt surprise me if she makes the final 2.

I dont quite understand why everyone is doing a nut just thinking of Naomi. She is ok to look at, but not particularly great. The suits she wears are very sharp. Thats about it.

I would see better looking women if I stood in front of a tube station entrance for 2 minutes. But, everyone to their own taste I guess.

Kristina had better not get through, she knows nothing about business and all too often acts in a non-business like manner.

Krisitina is a grafter and someone who works very very hard, regardless of how difficult the task is. She is not one for giving up; a quality I admire in her.

Any random graduates from warwick business school would be better than most the candidates, thats the shocking thing

Tre is the only one who's actually shown he's capable so far

One thing you are forgetting is the pressure of having to complete the task under a strict time line. This, added to the pressure of being on TV seems to bring out errors from the contestants.

As long as Katie gets kicked out next week, I'll be happy. I have a feeling Lohit (that how to spell his name?) will probably get the boot next week too, nice enough guy though he is. Tre is a bit touch and go, but I like him a lot more than at the start of the series. I think he's learned a bit more about how to behave etc...dunno if he's got what it takes to win it, but he's definitely improved since the start.

Very surpised Simon didn't go tbh.. Although his risk paid off, it so could have easily been different. He completely lost it as far as I'm concerned. You could see quite clearly that once he thought about what he'd done, he was worried.
The lack of information he was giving his partners with non-existant and he failed to understand the products he was selling.. He lost it big time and the wrong person went.

However, just as Sugar was making his final analysis, I did wonder if Tre was going. He's done nothing the last couple of weeks and I think he's begining to feel it now. All that gob that "He's the man" but is failing to deliver when it's needed the most.. I think he's all mouth and no trousers and he bolted too soon..

That said, It's Tre and Katie for the final 2.. Can't see it anyother way...

It would not surprise me if this turns out to be the case.

I just feel that Katie knows how to talk her self up and sell herself. She really does have the gift of the gab. Her only downfall could be if she comes over as too overconfident and the interviewers end up hating her.

A non-existant lack of information? Oh dear. :p

Paul was like that last year, and the interview proceess proved to be his downfall, if I remember correctly. Then again, I will grudgingly admit Katie appears to be more talented than Paul, but she's a lot more devious and two-faced as well.

Anyone else noticed that high pitched girly voice she always uses when talking to Sir Alan? Drives me mad, that does. I dunno why he hasn't taken offence at how condescending she can be.

/anti-Katie rant over

*snip*

Im surprised no one brought this up in the board-room. He completely froze when he was suppose to be aiding his colleagues who were selling on live tv. He looked like he totally lost it, he couldn't even speak. Was uncomfortable just watching it.

I can see Katie making it to the final episode, though i doubt she'll get the job. Even though she seems like a stuck up cow, i have to admire the way she goes about her business.

You could see the panic in his eyes.. It was quite apparent.. Wasn't the best of examples of someone who's supposed to be so confident.

Tre and Katie have the gift of the gab. There not affraid to say what they think. They'll tread toes to get what they want. Completely ruthless.. I'm sure this will get them into the final. However, there's a slim line between ruthless and reckless. I think Katie is very near this.

I loved it when SAS asked Tre if he was just doing it for the fame and then was going to leave after two minutes - 'nobody's going to take me for a mug' - was praying someone coughed 'again' under their breath at him.
