I do always laugh, essentially the worst diver at each club becomes vilified with other clubs fans no matter the level of diving that player has done.

Pires was long vilified... for ONE DIVE, no one can ever mention a third dive and the second dive he got a yellow for, he clearly slipped, got straight up went after the ball and never even looked like he wanted a free kick, the ref stopped play to yellow card him.

Carzorla has dived ONCE, Suarez dives ONCE... per game, slightly differing amounts. Something that should be highlighted is when your worst cheat/diver is someone who has dived once, you're doing well in general. When I have a look at Utd or Liverpool, Gerrard is only currently overlooked with his diving, and Cole, and its looking increasingly like Sterling, because Suarez is even worse.

Rooney has won more freekicks, cards and penalties against Arsenal alone than I can name Carzorla dives, let alone Rooney's other dives, let alone Young, Nani, Rafael, Welbeck.

Either way, its hilarious that fans of a club with several divers and one completely prolific, will point out a guy who has dived a single time as a "terrible" diver for another club.

A) we won't get rid of Wenger
B) doubtful involvement in the CL
C) City or Chelsea will probably offer twice the money, and money talks.

And neither will Wenger be sacked...If it's between us, city or Chelsea...there's more chance of him going City tbh. At least there he will have money to score spend and have some sort of stability.

Pep would be a fool to go and manage Chelsea where they have a trigger happy owner, who doesn't think twice about sacking a manager when they have a lean run.

Personally I don't think Pep could save us from the crap we have in our squad...like it's been said we have players on long stupid contracts and it's going to be very hard to get shot of them when their contracts are up ie Chamakh is a prime example, can't get rid of him for love or money.

@WhoScored
Michael Carrick: Has played more forward passes (456) than any other player in the Premier League this season (Mertesacker 403, Toure 398)

Well would you Adam and Eve it :p

It probably counts diagonal sideways passes as forwards :p

I wonder how many of those were 2 metres to Scholes who then passed it straight back :p

My dismay for Carrick has lessened this season, perhaps because next to Giggs and Scholes he looks like Iniesta.

The quality of players he is scoring against is incredible also.

I know a lot of La Liga isn't fantastic but they were certainly fitter, stronger and faster than the teams Mueller played against?

You mean the likes of Wigan QPR, Southampton & Reading would be pushing for a European place if they where Spanish? :)

No but the likes of Everton, Tottenham, Liverpool and so on would be.

In Spain outside of Real and now Athletico there is basically no challenge for Messi.

Manchester City has revealed that its financial losses for 2011-12 have halved from a year earlier.
The Premier League champions announced a pre-tax loss of £93.4m, down from £189.6m in 2010-11.
Revenues increased 51% to £231.1m, with the club's first appearance in the Uefa Champions League contributing more than £22m in new revenue.

We are not near FFP yet but going the right way quickly. Our losses next year will be even less with the new TV deal, more players leaving and hopefully us progressing out of the CL group stages.

Zamibia kicking up a stink about Messi's record:p

I once scored 200 goals in a year down the park, where's my recognition? **** off Messi.

Yep, once you sell your whole first team squad and sack Mancini to progress out of the CL group stage you should be raking in the cash.
