There's a public footpath along the perimeter which I believe City have unsuccessfully tried to get closed.
I think there's a public footpath right next to their training ground. They're just unlucky in that regard, but I'm sure it'll be sorted when they have their new complex up and running.
Why don't they put some sort of wall, fence or hedging up on their side of the boundary?
