I think he's taken the team as far as he can. He's a great coach but a bad tactician and also bad in the market. The setup vs Birmingham was just unbelievable, our 19 year old makeshift RB marking the green giant last night was mad.

Grayson's hands were tied but his loan signings defensively were so bad and he paid the price

He did a great job and paid the price for overachieving. Who next? Who would want to work under that fat ****? Di Matteo probably. He will need to be a yes man. Realistically the only guy out there who could get us prompted would be Warnock.
