despite the FPS staying above 90 the whole time?
Does it though? Have you benchmarked the game? Check this tool out.
What settings are you running? What hardware are you running?

What is the refresh rate of the monitor?
How'd the test of Discord go?
All I have figured out so far is that you need to dll the program and get it installed, register and verify your email and then you can create your own server and go from there.
All free.

Refresh rate is only 60z, but I get no such stuttering with other games.
I have benchmarked, and according to the tool you suggested, and Afterburner it is saying that lowest it dropped was 84 FPS.
I know my monitor cannot display more than 60FPS, the issue is that v sync introduces input lag so I want to play without v sync, but then it stutters a bit.
I have Settings mostly maxed on single 1080p display 60Hz.

Out of interest can you run everything on low/off except mesh on ultra and tell me if you get the same issue? Also are you confusing stuttering with tearing? Also what is your CPU and GPU utilization? Only time I have ever got stuttering is when the game is reading to disk because I have run out of memory. The only exception to that was when I was running ShadowPlay with my 780.
It's a definite weak point, and could be causing some issues - Is there space to migrate it over to your SSD for a test?
Ok chaps - Discord is the shizzle!
Think I may end the TS server and use this for a while.
It's working well and is very clever.
No it's definitely not tearing.
I haven't run out of memory, but my cpu utilisation is around 90% and 95-98% for GPU. Unsure why CPU utilisation would be so high. It's much higher than what my friend gets on his 4790k stock speeds.
Just a thought, this is a silly question, but BF4 is my only game on my mechanical HDD, all my others are on my SSD. Could reading from the slower HHD be the cause of this? Or not?
I'll pop on myself this evening. The admin sounds dodgy to me though![]()
See, I told you!
