Yeah, I used to play with TFU when it first came out and joined you at Insomnia for my first event. I had massive issues with the game (as did most players) due to the balance of the weapons and the hitreg.

It's much better now than it has been but there are still frustrating moments. Couple of times in the last week I've put 1/2 clip into someone and its registered nothing...thankfully its not affected my ability even after having a few months off playing.

Nice to see another OcUK'r I didn't recognise last night, cheers for the reps Arithon75

Tempted to give the TM servers a rest this evening (before we either get banned or kill the server) and try some other maps.

Could go completely potato and stick an mp-aps on the tank roof

I watched Nexus and potato factory sitting directly outside the enemy base on Rogue once in a tank with 2 reppers and an mp-aps in front of their tank while they took down the entire enemy team. Every single vehicle was smashed on spawn. :eek:

haha, that's very inventive!! Could give me an excuse to attempt flying a littlebird/viper to nail some of the roof campers!

Yeah I was gunning for potato when he was doing that, the MP-APS was a trick I hadn't thought of. We got some serious abuse that night, think I stole about 70% of his kills that game also, he hit em with the main gun and I mowed em down with the LMG.

Good rounds last night, Arithon75 is a filthy hacker every time I went around a corner he was there just waiting for me

Really need to learn how to pilot though for when were on vehicle focused maps as I'm shocking in jets.

Jets are horrid - and if you have some keys bound to certain functions it is possible to completely break the physics of them and pull impossible turns, etc. heh. I don't even attempt it as 9 times out of 10 those who are actually flying jets other than as a taxi are pros.

Helis are actually quite easy to learn to fly ok but hard to master - they fairly much self balance so mostly just getting your head around pitching the nose for movement - I recommend going gunner on the attack chopper for a bit as you can pickup a lot of tricks from experienced pilots that way as well as first hand see how not to do it :|

We had quite a few on last night, crazy how tough it can get when you don't know the maps. I've always been the same, if I'm on a map I know I will absolutely boss it, if I don't.... then I'm like bambi on ice.

Yep Haz - there have been more and more hackers this week. I can't hide in the DLC servers anymore because they are releasing the content for free now.

Maybe this is a hint from DICE that BF1 will not have pay walls for new maps?

It would be great if they did release all the maps and meaningful content as part of the base game, just giving premium subscribers perks like early access, queue jumping, extra battlepacks, unique camos etc, but they I'm sure they won't. We can but wish.

We've not seen much hacking going on recently TBH, but TM is an admin'd server. (Not that it stops them planting a mole on our team to hand vehicles over to them when they're fed up of losing mind).

As Hazard said TM seem to be safe from hackers, for the most part, due to the admins. I'm not sure if there are just more hackers floating about though or, as me and Hazard were discussing last night, have the majority just moved on to troll more up-to-date games?

As for the free DLCs I though it is just limited to Final Stand and Dragon's Teeth for a limited time only.

Seen a lot less (atleast obvious) hackers on TM - don't think it is entirely hack free but those who slip through don't significantly disrupt the game - unlike some of the other servers where atleast once a night someone comes on instantly 360 degree head shotting people from the other side of the map and ruins the game for awhile until they go away.
