I like the M9 and G18, M9 puts people down well and the G18 is auto.

Think the P226 has the best mag capacity or something.

I'm not trying to be a negative numpty here, but if you are not enjoying the game, simply stop playing it.

"I'm not playing this anymore because of the #insert swear word# #insert moan#" comments are getting very, very old.

I've played the game since release, and yes its crashed a couple of times, and yes there have been some frustrating moments with odd deaths but its still very, very enjoyable. The game hasn't crashed for me in over a month.

If anyone is thinking about getting the game and enjoys FPS' or has played any previous Battlefield game, do so. It's good.

Apparently if you downgrade from the 14.1 drivers and go back to directx. Increase your page file to more than 4gb (often people disable due to ssd) and run the x86 version that increases stability substantially.

I like the new metro the two new side passages and lifts have changed the map significantly. I thought it was a bit unbalanced but then i changed my mind when it appeared unbalanced the opposite direction as well.

Caspian is a map i always enjoyed playing but was disappointed that it crashed the first three times i tried to play it within a few mins. Eventually i got a full game on the map.

At the moment im playing on 14.1 with mantle on low. I get 120fps. I can play on high and ultra with up to 70fps but i just cant stand any lag and at least with 120fps i know its just the crappy netcode that lags every time you get shot or interact with another player in any way.

I play metro on the no explosive servers and still fun. Been trying to join a metro/locker only no explosive server with 1000s tickets, but have not found any yet.

Its not really that simple, if you enjoy the kind of gameplay your limited to a certain extent to 2 fairly broken games that have a current active scene. (Depending a bit what previous games you own).

Can someone tell me please what I need to buy or how much it will cost to get Caspian and Metro?

For cheapest option you could buy the base game for i think now its only £18 in some places and then buy the SA dlc for £13 or so. But its cheapest if you going to playing all the dlc to buy premium you can get base+premium for about £60 from some places i think.

Well the new maps that I have played are okay.. ish.

Metro is metro and is a waste of time unless you enjoy stat padding.

Caspian: I don't get why they felt the need to put a huge wall up as it just attracts snipers which is the last thing BF needs. We had a few rounds and they weren't too bad except there were snipers everywhere  A land slide win for us as they only had half the team trying to get flags.

Firestorm is ok but no better than its bf3 version.

Haven't play the other one. To be honest the BF3 versions, for me, ran smoother so really I would enjoy them more by dropping back to BF3.

Also I would much rather have seen a straight port of Grand Bazaar and Khard Island rather than Metro/Firestorm.

I enjoyed Metro, but with Caspian the colours were too washed out for me. I guess this is part of the overall strategy however due to this the map has lost all of its lushness.

I think he has the base game, so just PREMIUM

@sheepster - chill out man! As someone above said, it is not as easy as that. I enjoy PC gaming and BF4 is the only real game that has people constantly playing. When I don't suffer the bugs, I truly love the game. We have such a laugh playing together... when I am not raging. But when bugs are present and affect your game, it really makes it a terrible experience.

Simple saying "stop moaning or stop playing" is silly tbh

I thought I had a fair point last night, people flipping their **** that they are getting crashes and bugs with this new DLC.... it's almost as if you expected it to be flawless?

have we forgotten that this is EA and dice we're talking about, the core game is still being worked on/"fixed" so to expect that the dlc to be any better/more stable is laughable :p

yea the crashing out when spawning in metro is lame but I'm sure there's probably still people who can't play the normal game xD (and metro was hardly my favorite map so #zero****sgiven )

when it runs the game is fantastic and I love playing it, but yeah it can get a bit annoying when something bugs out or something dodgy happens (which is every time Badboy gets killed or just every 5-10 seconds in general :p apparently ;) )

looks like a cheap csgo rip off with no crosshairs. watch frankies video on it where he camps whole video :D

It was orignally a mod for CSS years back. It was pretty good for a change from standard CSS, but very brutal and hardcore and designed to be down at a slow pace. I don't see what the new release added to the original mod though so it didn't really interest me.
