Had a good chuckle at some of the chat rage on paracel, some people get really angry so easily.

Gord was on their team, and by the sound of it on TS wasn't terribly impressed with some of them. lol e.g. Littlebird pilot flying him into the water

As for the platoon thing, I don't see why not. We play as a group as much as we can anyway so it's just more stat tracking.

Speaking of stats how do you see who was Most Valuable Player at the end of the round. I usually can only find, Aim King etc.

Twice last night I got tank round hits on helicopters that did absolutely nothing. Wasn't even a graze, proper full on straight shot and nothing. Then it happened again. A tank round on a helicopter should be instant destruction, none of this 'disabled' or 'mobility hit' rubbish! Dice has the balancing out of whack. A main tank round does more damage than an RPG or SMAW round against a tank yet an RPG will destroy a helicopter instantly. A tank round won't. Crazy. I'm using SABOT if that means less damage than HE?

Seriously though I do feel like the weapon makes a huge difference. Switched to using shotty as an engineer, which helped get me some unlocks and packs. Not sure what unlocked the P90, I noticed it was an unlock in the campaign mode and unlocked the M249 that way for sure. P90/shotgun/first LMG on support, kicking ass, a lot. The shotgun unlock helped me use the shotty in assault to get to the Scar and I found it SO much easier to get kills with the Scar than the AK-12. I don't know for sure that I wasn't just having weird hitreg issues, or setup wrong.

For several hours it was just crap and since then it's been awesome fun. Game working and game being dodgy/laggy/hitreg issues seems to be night and day, one is brilliant fun and one is awful.

My kdr has gone WAY up, topping leader boards in loads of games, coming top 3 in almost every game now.

I ended up getting switched halfway through that round for team balancing. Will try and pop on for a few rounds later tonight.

I just get too much recoil with the SCAR H. No matter what the attachment :/

Ergo grip i found to be pretty decent with the SCAR. Though i dont use it much now, mainly running with the M416.

Anyone have any idea about what DICE's intentions are over the DLC?

Are they going to try and fit in in over a 12 month cycle like COD with a new BF game out in Oct / Nov. So after NS they will be a new DLc every 3 months or so.

Will they try to get an 18 month cycle out of it like in BF3. In which case we may have a very long wait after NS, approx 6 months before the next DLC.

More than likely as DLC is far easier to make compared to a brand new game.

Can't really get on with the SCAR and I've really tried, I just think if I'm going to use an assault rifle the ACE is just better. I'm usually mostly caught short however because I seem to always pick the ACW-R it's pretty shoddy over range but mediumish/short range I don't think there's a gun I do better with.

Tried to join 4 games so far, first time got B4.exe stopped working before it even loaded, second time, I got black screen so had to quit, same third time, fourth time I got the B4.exe stopped working again. Great work Dice, magnificent. *****.
