Touch wood, I've never really had any major issues with BF4 performance or issues, but since the last update, if I now alt+tab out for 30 secs for whatever reason, when I go back to BF4 it's just frozen (but not the usual not responding) ... anyone else? Was fine prior to the update ... on Beta 334.67 drivers

its been down a couple times since the update, i just use the dutch 24/7 golmud or the french though not as many tickets 800 i think.

Ok it's official, I'm terrible at this game!!!! I'm always negative k/d ratio!

I only have about 13 hours played so far and have never spent hours and hours on fps games in the past! I normally get frustrated that I'm rubbish, which saddens me lol

Did you guys goes through this when u first started fps games?

Yeah man, takes a lot of practise to learn the guns, recoil, routes, spawns. I have over 200h in game and I still suck. Don't worry about it, have fun, unless you intend to do ESL or 8v8's don't worry about it.

Yeah I do have fun but I rage a lot lol I just want to be better :-)

Some near a 1-1 k/d ration and I would be happy :-)

Terrible k/d ratio here too, but tbh im too much of a rambo type which doesnt help. Like as said, you just need to practice a lot to learn all the intricacies of the game.

What class, weapons and attachment are you using? Try experimenting with a few combinations to find a setup that works for you.

TBH even being good in this game is over-rated - far too often your at the mercy of whether the "netcode" is in your favour at any given time. So many times I've been killed by pathetic players that shouldn't have had a chance or killed really good players in situations that in any other game I know they'd destroy - me its a joke.

It's just the natural learning curve, the main way to survive longer and shoot first is simply learning the map, once you know where people are coming from and where your best cover is etc it's more about keeping yourself alive through kills.

Thanks for the advice guys!

I do tend to stick to operation locker so I can learn the map, I always play hard-core as well as normal just seems to take me ages to kill someone :-(

I utterly love Locker, I've always loved close close quarter inf only in BF games.

Add me on BL if you fancy a game or six tonight, ill be on in an hour or two. I only play normal mode though
