If the Wrestlemania Main Event is Batista Vs Orton, the Wrestlemania crowd is going to very rightly **** all over the match, WORSE than Goldberg Vs Lesner.

Glad to see Shamus make it back, more for his sake, that injury is about one of the worst things that can happen to a physical person.
I don't think I have heard a show with such loud boos and obvious disappointment.

Thought Bryan vs Bray was excellent. Show vs Lesnar was somehow even worse than I thought it would be. Cena vs Orton was standard. Rumble was a bit of a let down but still good. Punk got screwed right at the end which makes sense and will build his rivalry with the Authority. Reigns looked like a beast and the shield split is on its way. Batista won which was obvious and I think that's what spoiled it for me. Not so much that he won but that it was clear he would.
I think what the crowd showed last night is that they are ready for new stars to step up and hopefully wwe well start to work on that more than they have been.

I don't understand why they didn't have Bryan win it. He is the most over star since the rock/austin days. Him winning the rumble and being in the main event at Mania is surely "best for business."
Batista looks rusty as hell. Him in the event will be boring. He isn't the same now as the when he left 4 years ago. He looks beat.

Bryan doesn't need to win the rumble. He already over enough without going near the belt. A rumble win would have been nice sure but not really needed. If batista coming back wasn't happening then I still wouldn't of had him win. After seeing the reaction I think reigns should have won. Wrestlemania is in my mind always a let down and usually only has a couple matches I really care about.
If you take out undertakers streak matches esp for the last few years it doesn't seem to have that same buzz for me.
Not even a taker fan. The first one against HBK was great and the cage match against hhh was good but I just never feel that taker is in danger of losing. Apart from the first HBK match that is

Thats not how its supposed to work, not even close, the entire thing is an insult to fans that have been waiting for Bryan to get the title, it would be different if he HAD it then lost it, but we never got that.

It's less disrespectful than the rock these past couple years so there is that going for it.
I still don't think Bryan needs the belt (or even that it would help his current gimmick. Maybe around Summerslam he could beat Batista for the belt) the fact he wasn't in the rumble plays into the whole wwe machine is against him angle and its just making the fans rally behind him even more. The fact is him not being in the rumble had got more people taking about him than if he had I reckon. With there being just 1 title now it's not going to be as easy to have everyone get their turn as champ. I'm sure Bryan will get his shot before the year is out. If the wyatt thing keeps going to mania then thats perfect it's a great story. The only issue is the rumour of Cena Wyatt that they set up at the rumble unless they do a big tag match or something.

It wasnt a plot...they got it wrong...big time...they dont have a clue with many of the stories right now looking at it...its a complete mess.
You can say about the Rock but at least he's doing it as a courtesy for Fans...its not like he has nothing else to be doing now is it!? When he came back he was around for about 2 months before and 2 after, Batista is only back cause he wants paid. And it painfully obvious what a mess its became to shoe horn him back into it.
Course Bryan needs the belt..thats the whole point!...he was "screwed" out of it with the whole HHH and Orton thing..and never got a chance to get it back..then that daft stint with the Wyatt ( who are terrible in the ring..nearly as bad as Orton).
Also, overall, chalk this on up to the fun of VERY disappointing PPVs..which are offering less than what RAW is every week.

I thought both HBK matches were very good, but the HHH match i thought wasnt so. But you're right it doesn't feel like he'll lose, dont think he ever will also unless to put someone over in a big way.
The story with Bryan is that he's being held back by the WWE machine now in situations like him not winning the rumble then as far as I can see that only helps his story. It's all in the pay off and if they do it right at mania it will be just as big a reaction as him winning the belt.
Rock was back for the money aswell. My understanding is Batista has a 2 year deal that will see him used a lot more than the rock or Brock are. Also Batista while not having anywhere near the same movie success add the rock has still just come off Riddick and will be in Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy this year which will no doubt raise his profile.
The belt is a nice thing to have but Bryan can wait once he's dealt with the wyatts (who can wrestle just fine) then he's primed to go after the belt. Ill agree Batista had been shoe horned in and they need to try and get him more over because right now both stars in the main event could get booed or turn Orton face by accident.
Also I don't see how Orton can be seen as terrible in the ring at all. Sure he d deliberatly works a slow methodical style because it suits him but he's still fantastic on there. Very few people are as fluid add he is.
It wasn't the best rumble though but Bryan vs Wyatt was great, punk getting screwed makes sense and should be good to and the winner of the rumble had been obvious since it was announced he was coming back
Thats NOT it, if the story isnt played in teh ring, then its not written, if THAT was the case he would have been in Rumble..then kicked out Via interference from HHH or Orton.
He's getting a few bit roles he has no contract with any Studio or angency, so that will be that, Batista is there soley for the money, and a failed UFC attempt.
They have pushed him aside for Batista, they WYatt thing was never meant to happen with him, it was a crap move, look at the his way...swap Batista for Bryan....thats what should have happenned, its funny that Wyatt kack stared when we knew Batista was coming back.
No, he's terrible...in the Raw before last you could even hear Cena getting peeved at him being so kack in the arena...he missed moves every match, doesnt sell moves, and they have even dumped the "predator" moment he has in teh ring as it NEVER sold a move, Cena carrying him..literally, for most of the match. Compare him to Ziggler and he shouldnt even be there.
Punk made little to no sense...its just been set up as a filler match for WM with him and Kane.
Batisita has no place even coming back..he was fine first time around but he looked gassed half way into a RR, and looks like he trying to play a "Rock" style now, then he gets booed like nothing I have heard before..then goes on to flip off fans and mock the yes chant flipping the entire arena off.
Like I said...6 days back in ( one live show) and hes handed that...it reaks.
