The Big WWE Wrestling Thread

Payback was superb, but i loved nxt takeover. I think they shamed the main roster with the Wrestling. The women's match was one of the best matches I have seen in ages!
 
Takeover (what my Sky box recorded of it :mad: ) was very very good; the highlight for me was Zayn v Breeze....simply amazing. Both of them put in a great shift, saw moves WWE main roster never use and was totally believable.

Neville v Kidd was also pretty decent too, a bit more cagey than the above match but still full of quality. Neville's splash finisher :eek: what athleticism!

Payback was surprisingly good too; for a free PPV (in the UK anyway) I was expecting it to be full of throwaway matches. There were a couple, but for the most part is was very good. Cena v Wyatt was the highlight for me, mainly due to the Usos and the rest of the Wyatt Family contributing to a brutal match. Harper suplexing one of the Usos off the top rope through two tables....nice.

The Shield v Evolution match was a close 2nd. Thank god for Seth Rollins!
 
Every week NXT shames the main roster. I used to say I can't wait for them to move up to the main roster but really I'm quite happy watching them on NXT. Heard there was a Sami zayn vs Ziggler dark match a week or so ago that was incredible. I was unsure when they took in el generico and unmasked him but as zayn he's gone so far above what I thought he was capable of. Him, Neville, Graves, The Ascension...all great stuff.
 
I see TNA viewing figures are waaaaay down again which has partly to do with them getting rid of the people that made the company. What they really need to do is pull some sort of fan/tna revolt and after some bs screw job, maybe causing EY to lose the title) the TNA faces lead the fans out of the arena and wrestle in the car park stating they would rather wrestly in car parks and gyms for almost nothing than put up with the bs of the management/owners of TNA. That would create huuuuge rating boost if done right. And obviously this isn't something that WWE could do with their big numbers at events as fans wouldn't go for that. But deffo could work for a smaller promotion.

I'm surprised Zack "New age Brooklyn brawler" Ryder hasn't been released, when are they gonna give that guy some more air time.
