so whats the real reason jeff has left the wwe?

im doin a catch up of wwe atm watched last weeks raw/SD and finaly this mondays raw today so aint looked in this thread since summerfest, i mean slam.
 
I thought it was a number of things - bored, fed up with storylines, scheduling, burnout etc.

He'll be back.
 
Burned up, wants to take a break to do other things (his Reality TV series was just picked up), has a lot of injuries to heal

BTW, good SD on tonight :D
 
I think we've all agreed that the ICC will change hands tonight - but even I was surprised at who the match was with! :D

Gonna miss it as i'm going to see Muse but it'll be Sky+'d and i'll be watching it in the morning.

It helps elevate another star, plus would have looked a bit silly to book a match for BP but then have the person win it before BP

The crowd rarely actually propperly Boo Orton now, hes a tweener, people appriciate how good he actually his in the ring and on the mic; he's the full package. The amount of RKO chants are rising! His jaw clenching, his stares, he has facial expressions, just subtle and not over the top, his whole persona is calm and collected for the most part.

Couldn't say any of this better myself. Randy is one of the best champions and overall wrestlers the company has ever had as has been mentioned, the slithering like a viper when looking for the RKO etc is all done to perfection within the match. We need some more punts though, it gets boring when they are constantly missed. :(

I do like Edge, prefer him now that Vicky's out of the way, though. (Excuse me!) Yes, she was a great heel, but that voice!
Like Randy as well, much prefer him over Cena, though that's not hard. And the RKO's just a great finisher, how he can pull it out of nowhere.

In other news, the guy who's running RAW next week is the guy that hosts 'The Price is Right'. I'd much prefer Bruce Forsyth hosting. "Didn't they do well?"
 
I think they are already running thin with guest hosts by the looks of next weeks :(

Bring back Stone Cold and Hulk Hogan or something. More old school wrestlers that can work the mic and get some pops. Can you imagine the ratings boost they will get if they advertise Stone Cold hosting for one night!
 
Christ I remember that match like it was yesterday, how lucky was the Undertaker that he didn't break his neck with that suicide dive?!

I remember when he did it.

It reminded me of Tomb Raider - if you hold certain buttons you can make Lara do a kind of "dive", it looks great when she goes into water, but if you make her to it on concrete you just get a "crack" and the game over screen.

What 'Taker did looked exactly like Lara does when you make her dive onto a hard surface.
 
I remember watching it and thinking it was the end of his career. Potentially that could have been a never walk again injury. People say that Professional wrestling is fake but these people have to be hard as nails to get back up after something like that and continue on for 20minutes.
 
Taker v Shawn Michaels.

I haven't seen a better match since I started taking an interest in wrestling at school ( 1990-91 era ).

I still say The Undertaker is the most awesome performer ever to grace the ring. I am saddened to see that time is catching up with him though. He must be in his mid 40s now.
 
That was such an amazing match

Probably the only match better than that for me was Rock vs Stone Cold at WM when it was Stone Colds last match, was 19?
