Its quite simple, download and extract the folder to "C:\Users\your username\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins" then right click on the rainmeter icon in your taskbar. "configs>10-foot HUD" Then you can select either clock/date or weather in dark or light flavours.
Bah, mine seems to have been removed as I didn't post links, so i'll try again, with a little bit more co-operation this time.

I don't think any wallpaper out there could top MUFASAAAAAAAAAA!
Ive changed my desktop since putting it on here a few weeks ago. Desktop gadgets are "Quick Radio", "GPU Observer" "Network Meter v2.1", "Uptime" and the calender is "Rainlendar. "Fences" is what Im using to organize my desktop icons. Wallpaper is here thanks to Arjun806. http://druology.deviantart.com/art/In-A-Whisper-116344832
Also Im using these black icons that go very nicely with win7 and they are outlined in white, so fine using them on a dark background
