How did you get the calender icon like that? Looks good

Thanks! Do you mean the calender in Firefox? I use PermaTabs Mod for keeping the tabs between sessions and then use FaviconizeTab to shrink it to the icon.

First you have to patch the system files to allow you to use third party themes.
Go here and download the Universal Theme Patcher. Follow the instructions in the readme and then you should be able to use third party themes just fine.
Thanks, I've managed to do that but I can't install some of the DLL files, says I don't have permission. I've played with folder permissions but can't give it to Administrator

That Gaia skin and theme is lovely. Pity they don't make a darker version.

Also, for future reference, you can search for the image pretty easily using a reverse image search website: http://www.tineye.com/
It should still find the wallpaper even if the image you have has the taskbar and gadgets in it.
