Not if I hand them all over to her so she owns the copyright.

Anyway this is a car cleaning thread... not a copyright law thread :p

She's after an amateur underwear shoot to land modelling jobs? I hardly doubt she'll have the brains to even contemplate google, nevermind copyright laws. You do realise modelling agencies look for plain, unlit, unaltered polaroid shots because natural beauty should be apparent? So, POST AWAY :p

Anyway :p ....Back on topic!

What's the opinions on different car mats? I've always had a set of rubber ones, assuming they'd be easier to clean, they're okay but they wear out pretty quickly. Also, any good and *cheap* retailers for car mats - thought I'd ask here instead of starting a new thread? :)

Finally bit the bullet and decided it was time to get rid of some swirl marks. Picked up a G220 with cutting/polishing/finishing pads and some Megs '83 and '80 polish.

Wash > Clay > Cutting pad / #83 polish > finishing pad / #80 polish > Autoglym HD Wax

Only had time to do the bonnet unfortunately but will post pics when the rest of the car is done. It's a VW Golf in Pearlescent Black. Quite pleased for a first attempt with the polisher, though did take ages I'm not sure I need to use the cutting pad on the rest of the car as the swirls are very light. Will also get some dSLR pics taken next time (these are iphone ones)

Just finishined washing my car.

Then will get my car clayed today ready for the rotary tomorrow!

Nice bonnet shot chap.

Ive finally bit the bullet and bought a gallon of last touch, wow what an awesome product for getting rid of water stains, and it smells great too:p

Spent 2.5h cleaning my car. Didn't take any pics but looks the same as per:
http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showpost.php?p=16961223&postcount=7189

Megs Wash Mitt
Autoglym Car Shampoo
Autoglym Alloy Cleaner
Halford cone alloy brush
Halfords Squeegee
Megs Gold Glass Wax
Megs pads
Megs yellow microfiber towels for drying and wiping excess wax off.

Have to say I much prefer Megs Hot Wheels and Megs Gold CLass shampoo over Autoglym's stuff.

Also bought Megs Clay kit to use next weekend.

Might pick up some Autosol too for the exhaust tip. And as previously mentioned, I really want some paint correction and scratches removed. ScratchX hasn't seemed to do anything.

How did you get on with the course?

Brilliant! Was gonna wait to say how it went with some pictures but now you've asked :p

Was taught by Tony Spears. (Swiss Tony / ex top guy at Swissvax)

I picked it up rather quickly and it's actually very very easy to do once you know how but there's definatley some hard graft involved!

Today i've prepped the car with a snow foam, wash, tar removal and clay. The light was dying so couldn't see any swirls to be able to do a quick 50/50 for you so that'll have to come tomorrow.
