Is farécla G3 Resin Superwax any good?

It says the following on the bottle?

The Farécla G3 Resin Superwax have advanced formulas developed alongside paint and lacquer manufacturers make them safe and effective for all paint types. It is an interlinked protection system constructed from the highest grade carnauba, montanic and paraffin waxes to provide an easy to apply concentrated wax with unprecedented protection and mirror gloss finish.

Raymond,

I can't quite see the links on halfords website but I can guess what they would be. I would avoid buying things from Halfords simply their overpriced and the quantity you get isn't worth it.

Visit a online retailer (if you can wait for delivery) such was polishedblissed or clean www.cleanyourcar.co.uk, both with I've used for my products and cannot fault.

LOL, a bit late, i got all the stuff i need already. There was a 2 for 3 deal so the price wasn't that bad.

Love bilburry wheel cleaner. Laziest way to wash wheels ever. Spray it on, go eat tea then jet it off.

Sparkling wheels :D

if your still wondering raymond then 'muc off' is good if youve got it lying around

my dad uses it on his motorbikes for wheels/engine etc , basically bits that arent paintwork , not sure which version though , sure its one that comes in bulk and needs diluting

Cool, will need a brush though to get it working. Tried to spray and wait and it doesn't shift the grime that well on its own.

Mine can be used straight on, i bought it for my bike and it comes with a spray thingy.

Ive recently done the car with AG SRP and a coat of collonite which tidied it up no end, but there is still some faint swirling. A guy at work recommended Swirl-X, anyone else here have experience with it?

Anything that is stronger, should do the trick.

But to be honest, you ain't going to get fully rid of them without getting it mopped.

I have always used Megs yellow round soft applicator pads for applying wax and AG SRP, but I find the pads absorb way too much of the latter and just ends up moist.

I want to try something else. Anyone recommend either of these 2?
Sonus SFX Pro Applicators Pkg/2

or
Ultimate German Applicator

I used AG Ultra Deep Shine with the German Applicator and found it to be very good. Much better than a polishing towel.

Try some blackhole, as said, won't fix it without a machine polish though.

Yeah, I know it takes a machine polish to fix it totally. It's not too bad though, Im happy to polish and seal the painwork, rather than attempt a mopping. I don't notice it day to day, except parked in our compound at home under the lights I can see some of the swirling slightly.

I use AG E&M on my wheels to help break through grease and dirt. Combined with polished and properly protected (poorboys wheel sealant) wheels it makes them a pleasure to clean. Stuff stays on for ages. I did my wheels last August with 2 or 3 coats and I've only got a few bits of tar bonded on. The rest cleans up beautifully.

I used WW before hand to clean them up as they were a right mess and my tar remover wasn't doing much good.

Other than washing your wheels, did you clay them as well to take the existing tar before sealing them?

What rotary polishers do people recomend? Im currently using a clean your car EP800 - nice to use but feels cheap, i do miss the size and weight of my old silverline.

Been looking at makita, bosch and dewalt, will also keep the EP800 for hard to reach places.
