Just a quick clean with poorboys blackhole and Nattys paste wax. My paint work had some light swirls and it hid most of them. I kinda baked the wax on the car tho and left one or two holograms buffing it off lol Was on the beer

I got a few new bits yesterday

Dodo Juice Born to be mild - smells really nice
Chemical Guys Speed Wipe - smells so good I want to drink it
TRIX - smells like eggy farts.

I just got some TRIX, its awesome, but as you say it stinks!!! Will be wearing gloves and disposable clothing next time.:(

Wheels off today.

Arches soaked with cheap Astonish wheel cleaner along with wheels, a good scrub and jet wash down. Looks spot on now, shame it's not going to be seen by anyone :D

I went into Halfords today, they do have Zymol Auto Wash so I grabbed one, will try it on my next wash.

I already cleaned today with Dodo Juice Born to be mild, very nice. Also Chemical Guys Speed Wipe is really good, works so good on glass I didn't have to use my AG Quick Glass.

The zymol stuff is good and cheap! Smells lovely too, my only complaint is you need to thoroughly rinse otherwise it leaves stains on the paint. Certainly as suddsey, lubricated and cleaning ability as Born to be mild just not as good over all.

Gonna sound like a broke record again.

But the Sonax BSD is 2 weeks old and has resisted a lot of dust and a couple of washes and is still as good as day 1. Fantastic product that might negate the need for a dedicated fancy wax. Just wash your car and once a month apply this afterwards for protection.

The hydrophobic properties were soo awesome with the pressure washer the other day that I ran into the house to get the gf to come and see the sheeting on hers. Sadness overload.

I'll try some of that then :)

How much should I be paying - cheapest I can find is ebay at 12.95 inc delivery.

Got to use my AF Tripple the other day. Holy Crap!!! That stuff is immense. Will be interesting to see the longevity.

I've just ordered some of this on the back of what people have been saying about it. What do people think of sticking some FK1000p over the top? I'm a little worried the carnauba layer will make it a no no and I really can't be bothered to keep re-claying/polishing every month or so. Could just use up my natty blue paste wax I suppose.

Yeah I'll try the small one before I buy a vat of the stuff :D

Just get the vat and a cheap spray bottle. Years worth :D

Have it in my detailing box but didn't have enough time this weekend to do a full decon and get it on. Will do both cars over the coming weeks if the weather improves again.

Then the PNS & BSD layering fun can begin.
