Nice job! It's not a difficult process to learn, it's just time consuming to do properly :)

I can't believe I'm going to say this considering my hatred for black wheels, but that looks pretty mega with that wheel/tyre combo. Fair play for using it offroad :D

Those wheels... are so damn right on the Range Rover. Marmite I accept, but I really like that look for some reason.

And so damn clean. :D

I love the Rangie, its nice to see a sport with purposeful wheels and tyres on it instead of something bling. And the paint looks amazing, you have done an excellent job there, nice work!

I've never been massively into washing cars beyond a quarterly wash and occasional polish, but after several off road days the car was looking a bit sorry for itself, with loads of minor scratches down the sides from encroaching trees and bushes (it's quite a wide car for green laning!)

So I decided it would be worth investing in a machine polisher. Went for the Maguiars Dual Action and a selection of cutting, polishing and buffing pads. Watched a few youtube videos and then set about washing and then claying the car. First time I've done that and difference was unbelievable - paintwork lovely and smooth!

I then went round the whole car with the Maguirs ultimate cutting compound, followed by the Maguirs ultimate polish followed by the Maguirs Carnuba wax.

It took pretty much an entire day start to finish, but the results were amazing. Literally looks better than new now. The machine polisher got rid of all the scratches and swirls, and even the mrs noticed how good it looked. Someone also commented in the car park that it looked amazing :)

So I feel like I've got my money out of it already! The pictures don't really do it justice, but here's a few.

Wow, I need to actually invest in one of those machines! Great work there :)

It's too hot to be cleaning cars! At least it's cloudy.

ahahaah at that hilariously cringeworthy COSWORTH watermark.

Comes across as ridiculously desperate that it was more special than it actually is :D

Haha you lot! Knew you'd bite!

I'm just playing around/practising with photoshop (big module on it in September as part of my degree).

I find it funny that amiga's Goppio is like a running joke on here, he is constantly defending it, while everyone rants on about how it isn't a "proper Cosworth". :p
