you can get a karcher to nilfisk adaptor for around £10 as i have been looking my self at changing to a nilfisk from my k4 only thing that was stopping me was all the karaher accessorys that i have. And yes the nilfisk are better
Nice, I won't need an adaptor anyway as the above one comes with all the accessories already.

Anyone else use a spray wax?

I've had some Meguiars spray wax around for a while. It doesn't last very long but its so quick and easy to apply I'm wondering what the point is in properly waxing - doing this once a fortnight takes 10 minutes and seems to keep the car looking fantastic? Whats the catch?

I've got a tub of Fuso Light waiting for the Spring but I'm wondering what the point is..

Cost really. Spray wax works out as being fairly expensive because if the frequency of application.

I've had this one since Christmas 2016 - I've ramped up the usage lately but it still must do at least 2-3 months for a tenner?

So let's say 40 quid a year? I have a tub of paste wax that cost 20 and each application lasts about 6 months. Ill probably get 5 years out of the tub!

But yeah 40 quid a year isn't a huge amount!

MIL hasn't cleaned her car for months, brake dust on front wheels wont come off with regular cleaning, what should I use?
What entails regular cleaning?

Get a good brush and try bilt hamber auto wheel.

Might take a few attempts but you'll get there.

I've had Sonax BSD for a similar amount of time , must have used it at least 30 times and there's still some remaining. If that's not value for money then I don't know what is :D

What do you all use to clean and shine tyres please?

Also Just bought a Nilfisk pw, now after snow foam & lance, cheap and cheerful if anyone could recommend, perhaps any deals about?

Bilberry wheel cleaner and a wash mitt.

Wash with a 3rd bucket and different mitt/brush, dry off and then apply your preferred choice of Tyre shine. AG Tyre Dressing gives a clean/natural matt look and Meguires Endurance Gel gives a deep glossy wet look. Buff with Sponge or Micro fibre to bring out the best in the dressing.

Actually a really good summary!

I picked up some of the Car Plan Super No1 Gloss stuff and tried it on my car on Friday, it wasn't as good as Bouncers Done and Dusted, then I tried mixing it with Sonax BSD, still didn't seem great, however BSD mixed with Bouncers was amazing, I've never seen my car look so slick before, incredible beading.

On Sunday I washed my mums white Subaru Forester, on this the Car Plan stuff actually seemed to work better, maybe because on my car it was over wax, where the Forester had no protection before, I also ran the clay mitt over it, the paintwork is pretty poor, swirl marks all over.
