Have they fixed issues with joining each others crews yet? Myself and 3 buddies were on last night but only two of us could be in an crew at the same time, always one or two others not being able to join the crew.

tried to join a crew last night and only the same 2 people could join each other :(
 
Further session tonight, with 2 others on mumble worked really nicely. Went to the ski jump and did did some jumps, then the vegas strip and ended up at the speedway - which was really nice.

So impressed with the level of detail and I have a fairly lowly 460 gfx card and all runs lovely

Another neat touch is it keeps your crew members so if you have a group you always play with then you are always in that crew as long as you stay in - offline or online
 
i like what i've seen so far & am interested in getting the game (i.e. would get the key & then dl & install the game). Had a question though - i haven't bought a key before & wanted to know which was a reliable site to get it from (good support - i'm in the UK, key arrives quickly & the thing works without hassle).

I've seen simplycdkeys mentioned in the thread & was wondering if that was the best site/price or would people recommend any others?

ps - out of interest, how big is the game download?

The download is 16gb and uplay always maxes out my connection so its quick to install.
I have used simplycdkeys, gamekeysnow and kinguin all recently with no problems.
My Crew key from simplycdkeys was street edition as mentioned earlier, and Im using the mini that comes with it as my main car, love it :D

You don't get the dlc cars until after the prologue (starter missions) so don't panic if you can't hop right in. (assuming you pick up street/gold edition)
 
I got it from cjs keys and again all fine, key was delivered within a few minutes of order and also got the awesome mini
 
My 350z is coming along nicely, unlocked the option for DIRT spec tuner. But down to 20k credits after buying performance and visual parts. I was aiming for a Skyline.. but that'll have to wait.

You get 100,000 crew credits when you join a faction and you can pretty much get what you want then. You can't be far away from this.
 
Bought a GTX970 the other day during the sales and decided to pick The Crew over Far Cry 4 and AC: Unity. Not my sort of game but after a couple of hours playing so far it's great fun. It's generally ridiculously cheesy and the storyline is hilarious so far but that's part of the charm.
 
I'm not having problems with empty sessions, always seems to be people about, it's hard to refuse any co-op mission that comes up :D but sometimes a bit of solo play is fun too.
(yeah not great shots but don't have much in my folder)

Great game, not got very far yet as it's so easy to get distracted along the way to the next mission.
Looking for UPlay friends! Need some friendly scores to try beat.
I will add the ones from the thread (hope you don't mind!)

thanks for the advice/info (@tals too) - key purchased & downloading now ;)
 
the mini doing 121mph with the blue flames coming out of the exhaust was enough to make me want to sell my Nvidia code.

Maybe in a few years I'll pick it up
 
Where do you find the mini? I had the message pop up that it is unlocked but not available until the prologue mission was complete, im level 11 now and cant find it anywhere
