hmmm 1st impressions on here dont seem great then. If its the case that the pc version hasnt had the love it deserved then i really hope the console version bombs to teach crytek a lesson

Was getting 50 kilobytes a second :/, switched to another site and now it is only going to take a couple of hours. 240 kilobytes/second, fastest or internet goes!
Reminds me of MoH...Looks like i won't be buying this for the PC, Xbox yes.
Crappyfied console port, just like MoH, i just hope DICE haven't lied about BF:3 now.

it'll no doubt still look better on pc. its also cheaper so whats the point in getting the 360 version?
It's besides the point, if PC gamers still buy console ports, this sort of reduced level of quality will still keep being released for PC's due to the fact people are paying for it, if PC gamers stop buying rubbish ports like this, then developers will have to try harder.
Purchasing ports like this shows the developers that we're putting up with it and nothing needs to change.

yeah i see your point. Hope not too many people follow though and end up making them a console only dev in the long run.

If its that bad I might hold off my pre-order. If they don't get as many PC copies sold as they want to price might reduce a bit after launch?
