The Darkness II

I'll most likely buy it. The first one was utterly superb and so underrated. I know nothing about D2 though so I hope Jackie is still the main char.
 
I didn't play many games on the 360 when I had one, but this was the most enjoyable by quite a way. I see Green Man Gaming have it on pre-order for those that can't wait, not sure of other prices though. Looking forward to this one.

Well the The Darkness being a console exclusive was one of the best single player, story driven FPS games I ever played, a lot better than most PC titles that came out in recent years.


About Jackie still being the main character, he is, but they've changed the voice actor. I'm really not happy about that. With the voicework and jackie's character being so strong and well done before. Oh and it's a totally different dev team. If you've played more than one of Starbreezes games, you'll know they have a particular feel that is going to be hard to replicate. Fingers crossed for Syndicate!

The main reason I liked the first was because of the variety; mafia, war and demons gave the player a refreshingly different and surreal experience. :)
