The decreasing standards of written English

You literally had to have a care worker try and help you find a gardener, so whilst I think the comment you made is egregious I don't think you're a good anti-pattern for it.

Because I was about to lose the house, kind of a totally different thing to applying for an ID card.

But ok, maybe I'm an actual low IQ* idiot, must be because I'm black and less intelligent than a chimpanzee.

Wish they did IQ tests in the UK.

Doesn't really matter, everything up to GCSEs is basically simple zero effort tosh, nothing of which helps anyone in the real world.

Being racist is not about YOUR skin colour. It doesn't matter what your skin colour is. You can be black and racists towards other black people. It's the act itself, which makes the person racist, regardless of his skin.

Just pointless stuff like reading, writing, basic arithmetic all utterly useless I know what a waste of 16 years developing those building blocks…..

Shame you did poorly and now can't get a job then, isn't it?

No one even puts their GCSE grades on an application, and no one cares about them.

Dunno, why do employers not care at all about them and only desire work experience?

Even if so, 16 year olds cant apply for any jobs requiring (at least) 2 years experience which is 99% of jobs today outside of retail or café.
You keep making this nonsense point - no one is biting because it is nonsense. 2 years will go by regardless, you may as well have a job that gives you exposure to what working actually is. Instead of living 7 days a week on your NEETbux (no problem, by the way) you could be volunteering in a charity shop.

Its not a point of '2 years will go by'.

You need SPECIFIC work experience on a per job basis. Not just any random two years of work.

No one knows this at 16. They won't know what they need to do to get the experience that jobs they would want in the future would require.

When I was 15-16 I did a paper round stuck that on my cv, then did an apprenticeship in IT. That was the start. :p

Then you work towards the job you want. You can get experience no problem even if it's voluntary.

What does using a care worker have to do with his post?

Are you trying to imply that he needs one because he is black? Because that was what his post is about.

No. The poster has a very colourful posting history with lots of nonsense. If you haven't had the fortune of coming across him, I honestly think its worth a quick view of his post history for the lols. Lots of great content originated from him.

Everyone else seems to manage fine. It is how you convert retail experience into IT experience, e.g. I helped sell laptops to grandmas which went explaining the outcome and benefit of the IT rather than the compute details itself. This got me a first line helpdesk job but broadly got me recognised as someone who can explain IT to non-IT folk. The rest as they say, is history (and a lot of slumdog millionare moments!).

So the careworker example had nothing to do with his post you just wanted to insert an ad hominem to discredit him. Okay.
